The Raniban Commercial Complex was envisaged to create a bold commercial mark in Raniban Town Planning, one of the land pooling project by Nepal Government. The monotony of the Modern styled building in the vicinity is contrasted with contemporary design of louvres. Louvres serve not only as a façade element but also function to cut off the direct sunlight specially from the South.
